We woke before sunrise, happy to see that our car was still parked outside our room. After packing up, we headed off to Kruger. Ended up taking a slight detour, but none the less we made it to the entrance, paid the fee, and entered Africa. Plenty of buck (a given ) , a few close encounters with giraffe , elephant and a troop of cleptomaniacal baboons. We spend the night 6 hours up into the centre of the park, woke early to a killer sunrise, and then headed back south again, spotting hippo, lion, buffalo, etc etc.
