After a couple days in PE we headed south. A quick stop off a J-Bay - South Africa most famous surf spot - the waves were crap, we
headed on to the famed Tsitsikamma Nature reserve. We stopped off at the famous Old Tree ( 800 years old) just after Storms river, and managed to find a cool hostel nearby. The day was still perfect, and being rushed for time we decided to check out the expensive and much hyped Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve.
Its really beautiful, no doubt, but its the 50 million tourists that are sitting next to you, clueing next to you, walking next to you, that sort of ruins it.Anyway, we were lucky to visit the reserve when we did, coz the next day we woke up too pouring rain and mist.We had planned to stay another day, but to sit in the hostel playing chess would be a waste, so we left.
